In recent times working on Quaternary palaeovegetation and palaeoclimatic studies on Gangetic Plain, based largely on pollen and other proxies such as geochemical, sediment texture etc. retrieved specially from the lakes lying close to ancient settlement sites . Ph.D. Thesis based on “Vegetational History and Inferred Climate in Jammu Region Through Lake Sediment Palynological Studies
